Along with our VR Stamp, Cincy VR and Repair, LLC is now an ASME U and R Stamp holder. 

The ASME U Stamp is issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. It ensures that the pressure vessels we fabricate adhere to ASME’s guidelines including design, fabrication, inspection, and testing. Seeing the “U” symbol on our products ensures that it meets the latest edition of the Code.

The ‘R’ stamp is also issued by The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and covers alterations or repairs of steam boilers.  This certification ensures that field alterations or repairs made by us are completed by capable fabricators complying with current codes.

We are specializing in the small one-off vessels that are not part of large projects and can be difficult to source.   We are building a mix of heat exchangers, reactors, storage tanks, and filter housings in materials from carbon steel to high nickel alloys.   We have the capabilities to build up to 10’ diameter, but our completely automated welder is set up for 4’ diameter down to 2” diameter.  Our state-of-the-art Redi-Arc welder allows us to quickly and efficiently meet your needs.
